WHEN PREPPING DOORS, BE SURE TO ACCOUNT FOR THE LEFT HAND INSTALLATION BY FLIPPING BOTH THE DEADBOLT AND THE TEMPLATE UPSIDE DOWN.

Strike and deadbolt faceplate is 2 1/4" long x 1" wide

Because these three holes are not aligned:

Be sure to flip deadbolt AND template upside-down For Left-Handed installation

(same dimensions for bolt face on door)

For Hollow Metal Doors, simply drill the Three 7/16" holes through to the other side of the door. There's no need for the 1 5/8" hole on the inside of door.
