The Antique Style Bathroom Privacy Indicator Door Lock is surface-mounted and its solid-brass construction extends even to the brass message disc, which features 'vacant' and 'engaged' engraved and painted red and green.  This indicator lock is ideal for classical architecture as well as historic buildings and homes.  All mounting hardware and drill instructions are included.  Use a coin or screwdriver to open from the outside in the event of an emergency.

It's available in Polished Brass, Satin Brass and Polished Chrome and fits both left and right hand doors up to 2 1/4" thick.
