Most orders ship to anywhere in the United States in 7 to 10 business days.  If you need your order express delivered when it's ready to ship, call us to upgrade your shipping from USPS Priority Mail to Fedex Overnight Service.

Larger, custom or international orders require additional days. Call us for an estimated ship date. 

Please allow up to two weeks for orders with custom messages or finishes and all LED models.  Refunds and exchanges accepted within 30 days of receipt of order if product is in new condition.

Product Terms, Lifetime Warranty, and Limitation of Liability

1. Lifetime Mechanical Warranty

Pride Barco Lock Company provides a Lifetime Mechanical Warranty on all privacy indicator lock models sold via pridebarco.com. This warranty covers defects in materials and mechanical workmanship under normal operational use for the lifetime of the product. If a mechanical component fails due to a manufacturing defect, Pride Barco Lock Company will, at its option, repair or replace the product.Exclusions: This warranty is strictly limited to inner mechanical performance. It does not cover cosmetic wear, finishes, plating discoloration, surface scratches, or any physical damage resulting from improper installation, forced entry, modification, neglect, or product abuse.

2. "As-Is" Status of Non-Mechanical Attributes

Except for the explicit Lifetime Mechanical Warranty provided in Section 1, all products are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pride Barco Lock Company disclaims all other warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

3. Emergency Release Mechanisms and Purchaser Responsibility

All Pride Barco Lock Company lock models feature an external emergency coin-slot release, and select models include a specialized emergency key. These components are critical safety bypasses designed to prevent entrapment. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to the following mandatory conditions:

Post-Installation Testing: The purchaser, installer, or property owner must verify that the emergency coin-slot or key release functions perfectly immediately after installation before closing the door from the inside.

Key Management: If a dedicated emergency key is provided, it must be stored in a secure, accessible location outside the locked room, known to management or responsible household members.

Maintenance: The external safety mechanisms must be inspected regularly to ensure they remain functional, unobstructed, unpainted, and clear of debris.

4. Limitation of Liability for Injury and Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Pride Barco Lock Company, its owners, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including but not limited to personal injury, physical harm, entrapment, wrongful death, property damage, or lockouts—resulting from:

Improper, forced, unaligned, or faulty installation of the hardware.

Misplacement, loss, or lack of immediate access to the provided emergency key or an appropriate coin-slot tool during an emergency event.

Modification, tampering, or alteration of the hardware or indicators by any party.

Neglecting routine maintenance and functionality checks of the safety bypass mechanisms.

5. Commercial (B2B) vs. Consumer (B2C) Allocations

Commercial/Business Buyers:

If you are purchasing hardware on behalf of a business, commercial property, school, or public facility, Pride Barco Lock Company shall not be liable for any loss of profits, business interruption, facility downtime, third-party user injuries, or code-compliance penalties. You assume full operational liability for the safety of users in your facility.

Consumer Buyers:

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so portions of the limitations above may not apply to you.

6. Maximum Liability Cap

Regardless of the nature of the claim (whether in contract, tort, product liability, or otherwise, and excluding the structural fulfillment of the Lifetime Mechanical Warranty obligations), Pride Barco Lock Company’s maximum collective liability to you shall not exceed the total dollar amount paid by you to Pride Barco Lock Company for the specific product unit giving rise to the claim.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pride Barco Lock Company from any claims, lawsuits, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of your installation, deployment, misuse, or downstream resale/distribution of Pride Barco Lock Company products to end-users or third parties.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms, conditions, and all product sales are governed strictly by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action, dispute, or proceeding arising out of or relating to products purchased from Pride Barco Lock Company must be filed exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in or serving Texas County, Missouri (or the relevant federal district court for Missouri). If you access pridebarco.com or purchase products from outside the United States, you are solely responsible for ensuring the hardware complies with all local building codes, privacy regulations, and safety standards in your specific jurisdiction.
