MODEL K-250
The K-250 Series Indicator Locks feature Kwikset's durable adjustable latch which allows for your choice of 2 3/8" or 2 3/4" back-set. Fits on doors from 1 1/4" to 3" thick.
Strike and bolt-face are 2 1/4" long X 1" wide.
The K-250-VL Series features the 2" A.D.A. Compliant Lever.

Our original commercial-grade mid-century modern design Privacy Indicator Lock is made of precision die-cast zinc and features clearly visible 3 inch messages. White text on true red & green UV-protected background colors is standard. A clear acrylic window protects the indicator messages from harm. Pictured below is the K-250-V-Satin Nickel.
The patented vandal-resistant surface keeps the K-250 Series Indicator locks looking great even after years of heavy use. Kwikset adjustable latch conforms with ANSI/BHMA Grade-2.

ADA-Compliant 2" Lever (For upgrading your existing K-250-V Series Lock) Includes Lever, tun-bar & snap-ring.
1-inch wide clear vinyl OPEN & LOCK Arrow Indicator Decals add an extra touch of hospitality. The arrows help the user know which direction to turn the inside knob to activate the OCCUPIED signage, especially if you choose the K-250-V-NB (No Deadbolt).
Each decal order includes one left-handed and one right-handed transparent decal.

The K-250-Distressed Brass Privacy Indicator Door Lock is perfect for matching existing distressed brass hardware. The genuine patina
nicely complements historical architecture. As with all K-250 Locks, a finish-matching door strike and all mounting hardware is included.
Choose between the K-250-V-Distressed Brass (standard thumb turn) and the K-250-VL-Distressed Brass (ADA Compliant Lever) as well as which message type you desire from the Options Menu below:
